5000 new dtr customers - December 2013

dtr has just grown by approximately 5,000 new customers. These customers come to us after “Easy Group Limited” (trading as EasyShop) went into receivership and “Thorn Rentals NZ Limited” (trading as dtr) purchased and had assigned to it, the customer contracts.

For dtr, this acquisition allows us to assist EasyShop’s customers by ensuring that the receivership will not affect them – while also presenting a sound opportunity for business growth.

We would like to welcome all our new customers who can rest assured they are in good hands. We also welcome on board the EasyShop customer service team who will be assisting to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible.

Customers who currently pay their account by direct debit will not need to do anything. The transfer to dtr has been done automatically – all amounts previously owing to EasyShop are now simply owed to dtr.
