I’m pleased to announce the 2012 dtr Annual Review has now been published. This is the third Annual Review for the company, and because 2012 also marks our 50th birthday, this version takes a look back at dtr throughout the years, reflecting on how far we have come, and what we have achieved.

For FY12, there have been a number of key highlights to note. The biggest highlight being the continuing growth in customer numbers, which has flowed through to a 4.9% lift in revenue, and an 8.5% growth in future contracted cash flows.

We have also made several key appointments across the business, at both national and store levels, whilst investing heavily in up-skilling our workforce. A new National Operations Manager role has been created, supported by a new Financial Analyst. We have also employed new assistant store managers, as well as additional staff for the new greenfield stores opened in early FY12.

There has been a significant lift in the quality of our store network, with the refurbishment of our Wanganui store, the relocation of our Dunedin premises, and the launch of our very own Pop-Up Store.
