dtr pop-up store tours New Zealand - November 2012

Our Rotorua team is taking the dtr Pop-Up Store for a whirl around the Bay of Plenty visiting Tokoroa and soon to be seen in Whakatane, with more towns still on the list.

This is the first time we have had the Pop-Up Store on the road and set up for full trading, since launching earlier this year.

As it’s still early days, we’re waiting to see how things go, but I’m pleased to say that so far so good! Day one in Tokoroa kicked off with a hiss and a roar, and day two was just as hectic – with crowds of people waiting for us to open!

So far, the feedback from locals has been great. Both existing and potential customers have been coming along to find out what’s going on, and to see what dtr is all about.

Rotorua store manager Tu Maea and his team have been operating the store, with northern regional manager Makaia Karr overseeing the operation:

“The dtr Rotorua team has done an excellent job. The overall look of the Pop-Up Store looks fantastic! (Although it did take a woman’s touch to get a bit more organisation going on!)”

– Makaia Karr, dtr Northern Regional Manager
